1. "You"/ "Client" means the Person/Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the visa is applied.
2. "We" / "Us" means All Visa Services a division of Maa Air Ticket Centre Pvt. Ltd.
3. "Independent Contractors" mean Associate Agencies who has been selected by us to render services to the Client.
4. "Visa fees" means the total amount resulting out of sum of Visa Fees and Service Charge.
5. All trade names and marks belong to the respective owners and we stake no claim or patronage of the same.
6. All errors and omissions exempted
All information given in any advertisement from All Visa Services is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any information with regards to any publication due to change in any rules, regulations, procedures, etc. for Any Visa by any Consulate/Embassy of Any Country made by/ from All Visa Services after the publication is made.
We take into account any special requests made by you regarding visas. Unlike a Consulate or an Embassy we DO NOT and CANNOT process visas for ANY country as granting of any visa to you is solely at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. We can, however, request the Embassy or Consulate regarding the special request made by you. We cannot and will not be held liable for any claims on damages or consequential losses if such request is not honoured.
All the clients are hereby informed that, it is entirely at the discretion of the visa officer of the concerned Consulate/ Embassy to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and we will not be held responsible for the same. We will not be held responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete/ delayed documents from the Clients. It is also a possibility that the consulate or embassy may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This also is at the discretion of Consulate/ Authorities. Clients whose visas are not granted by the Consulates/ Embassies will not be refunded the visa fees & service charge per person in addition to any additional visa expenses incurred.
A cancellation regarding procurement of service regarding any visas from us after the payment is made to the respective Embassy/ Consulate will not be eligible for any refund of any credit for the same amount and or any other charges made towards any additional expenses with regards to the said visa.
All payments for visa services should be made in advance in cash, cheque titled "Maa Air Ticket Centre Pvt. Ltd." Or Credit Card.. A merchant fees of 3% extra will be charged on the total cost if paid by credit card.
There will be no refund for any visa fees once documents are submitted to the consulate & no refund on service fees once documents are submitted to us for processing.
We provide services such as documentation assistance, visa guidance, online/ offline filling up application forms, scheduling of appointments with consulates/embassies online for visa interview, submission and collection of passports and visa applications etc. We do not control or operate any Consulate or Embassy or have any relations to any visa officer of any Consulate or Embassy and therefore cannot guarantee the grant of any visa. We also, do not control or operate any courier service agency. We take care in selecting all the essentials/ fundamentals for your visa application; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any situation arising out of loss, damage or theft of any document which is caused by improper handling of any document by the management or employees of the Embassy/ Consulate, Independent Contractors or the Courier Agency.
We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and will share the necessary information with the Consulate/ Embassy and Independent Contractor (if any) who will provide the service to you on behalf of us. However, we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such a disclosure is held mandatory and/ or required by any law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulations or an enquiry by any government/ statutory agency and inspection process.
These conditions are applicable to any Client, who books a service through us. In an event of a Client booking through us, the Terms and Conditions as specified by us, including the Payment, cancellation, refund, etc. shall be applicable determining the contractual relation between the Client and us.
Any communication regarding the grant or rejection of a visa or any matter regarding the application, submission of visa application or any other matter will be communicated directly to the Client or any representative as mentioned by the client. The Client is requested to provide His/ Hers Full contact details viz. Phone, Mobile, Email, Address, etc. as well as that of the aforementioned representative of the Client.
